What is the minimum or maximum size of a package that I can ship?

With which interline carrier will my cargo travel?

As a IATA partner we have access to several airlines to provide you with the fastest and best service available from origin to destination.

What is a claim and when can it be presented?

There are some occasions when a claim may be presented to any airline:
· If a shipment has been delayed for more than 48 hours from its originally confirmed arrival time and date, and the product arrives in poor conditions.
· If the product arrives in clearly poor conditions caused by poor handling within the cold chain by the airline, a certified cargo inspector should thorougly examine the product and issue a Survey report of its condition along with a Destruction report, if necessary.
· If upon arrival the amount of pieces does not match the number specified in the Awb.

Is my cargo scanned, weighed, and labeled after delivery to Logiztik Alliance Group's warehouses?

Once your cargo is delivered to our coolers, our team will register both the product and the driver’s identification. Then we can offer additional services, such as labeling, weighing and measuring, if you require it.

Where can I locate the temperature of my boxes at the time of delivery to your warehouse?

This information is found in the prealert that can be downloaded from our webpage using your username and password.
